According to article 13 of D. lgs. 196/03 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”), e-Zug, as the Subject entrusted with the data processing, would like to inform you that Your personal data will be processed, manually and by automated tools, in order to carry out Your requests. Providing us with Your data, the communication and diffusion of which is not allowed, is optional; however, if you do not provide them, we will not be able to carry out Your requests. The staff in charge of the data processing, who also manages Your requests, can handle Your personal data exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes. According to art. 7 of the Privacy Code you are entitled, among the other things, to the following rights: you can erase, amend, update Your data by contacting the above-mentioned Subject: E-zug, where it will be possible to examine the updated list of the other subjects in charge of the data processing.
(In accordo con l'articolo 13 del D.lgs. 196/03 (di seguito indicato con “Legge sulla Privacy ”), e-Zug, quale legittimo destinatario dei dati qui inseriti , vuole informarla che i Suoi dati personali saranno elaborati manualmente e attraverso sistemi automatici allo scopo di rispondere alle Sue richieste. Inviare i Suoi dati personali (che non saranno comunque oggetto di diffusione) è facoltativo, comunque, in mancanza di tali dati, e-Zug non sarà in grado di rispondere alle Sue richieste. Il personale incaricato dell'elaborazione di tali dati ha l'autorizzazione ad utilizzarli unicamente per gli scopi sopra indicati. In accordo con l'art. 7 della Legge sulla Privacy le rammentiamo che Lei ha il diritto, in aggiunta a quelli stabiliti dal Codice Civile, di: eliminare, modificare, aggiornare gli eventuali Suoi dati in nostro possesso contattandoci attraverso la suddetta form.)
